Promotion Period

The Western Welcome Week Kitchen Makeover Giveaway begins on the first day of Western Welcome Week and ends at the close of the final event day. Entries received after the promotion ends will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Own a home located within the Sponsor's service area.
• Have authority to make remodeling decisions for the property.
• Are not employees or immediate family members of the Sponsor.
• One entry per household.

How to Enter

Complete the official entry form at the Sponsor's booth or by scanning the event QR code during the promotion period.

No purchase or consultation is required to enter or win.

Grand Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Luxury Kitchen Design Experience Package, including:

• Professional in-home design consultation
• Existing kitchen measurements
• Material and finish selection consultation
• Preliminary kitchen layout
• One (1) photorealistic 3D kitchen rendering
• Preliminary remodeling investment estimate

Approximate Retail Value: Up to $3,000

If the Grand Prize winner enters into a remodeling contract with the Sponsor within 90 days of receiving the design package, they will also receive:

• Cabinet hardware upgrade allowance
• Under-cabinet LED lighting allowance
• Premium sink or faucet allowance

Maximum promotional value of upgrade allowances: Up to $2,000

Upgrade allowances have no cash value and apply only to qualifying remodeling contracts.

Services must be performed within the Sponsor's normal service area.

Half-Day Handyman Package Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one Half-Day Handyman Service Package.

Approximate Retail Value: $300 each

Includes up to four (4) labor hours for minor home repairs or installations. Materials are not included and will be billed separately if required.

Services must be performed within the Sponsor's normal service area.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected by random drawing within fourteen (14) days after the promotion ends.
• The Sponsor will contact winners using the phone number and/or email address provided on the entry form.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions

Prizes:

• Are non-transferable.
• Have no cash value.
• May not be exchanged for cash or credit.
• May not be substituted except by the Sponsor.

Design services must be scheduled within six (6) months of winner notification.

Upgrade allowances expire ninety (90) days after completion of the design consultation unless otherwise stated in writing.

Service Area

• Prizes are available only for homes located within the Sponsor's normal service area.
• Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.
• Normal service area is within 10 miles of Centennial CO.

Remodel Contract

• Winning the Grand Prize does not obligate the winner to purchase remodeling services.
• Upgrade allowances apply only if the winner enters into a qualifying remodeling contract with the Sponsor.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Sponsor may use their name, city of residence, photographs, and project images for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and communicating with entrants regarding the Sponsor's remodeling services. Information will not be sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its employees, representatives, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor's Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity of the giveaway.

Void where prohibited by law.
